hey bro, It sucks you broke your streak but you gotta look at why and what happened so that you don’t repeat it.

What were you doing that led you to porn?

That’s the key thing.

Outside of that, when you have urges, you need to just sit and feel them. If you try to distract yourself or fight thru them, that only makes them stronger and you weaker.

When you have an urge, look at your clock and just sit there for 1 minute feeling how that urges feels in your body.

Just sit there and notice it and just feel it. Don’t fight it, don’t resist it, just take some deep breathes. Breathe slowly and let it pass for 60 seconds.

After that man, go out and celebrate because you just felt an urge and didn’t go to porn.

You might after or later but for 1 minute you didnt’ because you CHOSE not to. You chose to feel instead.

You can build on that all the way to geting completely free of porn. It takes patience and that willingness to feel uncomfortable for a minute.

From that minute, you buld on that. You do 2 minutes, then 4 etc etc

Thats how you grow the skill of feeling an urge.

And when you do that, you’ll gave massive confidence and you’ll know that you can handle any urge.

You become SUPER POWERFUL!!
